Sonam Rinchen
LoanOps & FinanceOps
As a key member of the LoanOps team at Kirkland Capital Group, Sonam Rinchen handles loan due diligence and loan servicing. He holds a Bachelors in General Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso. Before joining KCG, he was an auditor at Rinzing Financial Pvt. Ltd. in Bhutan.
Sonam is also passionate about the arts, experimenting with music, digital art, books, and theatre. He doesn't belong to any formal group that focuses on these topics, but he always finds time to hone his skills and learn more about these interests.

Ralph Noriega
Head of Marketing and Content
Ralph is an experienced sales and marketing professional who has handled some of the biggest brands in the Philippines across different categories. He has created multiple omni-channel marketing campaigns and successful go-to-market launches of new products.
In addition to sales and marketing, Ralph has a passion for investments and has several years of experience investing in equities, real estate, and crypto currency. Outside of work, he loves playing basketball, traveling and going on food trips to try out new restaurants.
Ralph graduated from Ateneo De Manila University with a degree in BS Management with a Minor in Marketing. He is currently based in Manila, Philippines.

Chineelyn Domingo
LoanOps
Chineelyn Domingo is a passionate, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with more than 7 years of accounting experience, mostly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and property management accounting.
Chinee graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capiz State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology. She is working on her master’s in business administration majoring in financial management.
Chinee is not an adventurous person, so she just likes staying at home watching movies and TV series, spending time with herself, family, and friends. She also likes working on ARTherapy stuff like 3D puzzles and playing games on her phone. Chinee is passionate about learning and working on challenging things as it provides her excitement and satisfaction after solving a problem. She also likes teaching others, imparting her learnings, and helping someone understand things.

Nicole Uy Ilano
LoanOps / Accounting & Analyst
Nicole Uy Ilano is part of the LoanOps team at KCG, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, having passed the 2015 licensure examination. She graduated from Holy Name University, a catholic school based in Bohol, Philippines. She has been practicing Data Analytics since 2021 with background on handling big data and data visualizations. She has worked with multiple clients, both local and international, rendering services such as Financial Statement reporting, internal audit, taxation, and other management-specific reports. With her 9 years of professional working experience, Nicole has played various roles in Loans Servicing, Accounting, and Academe, being able to teach university subjects.
It's not all work for Nicole, though. She also has that fun side of her. Nicole loves to trek and also loves to go for dives to collect sea urchins (where uni, a unique ocean delicacy, comes from). She is musically inclined and also sings for local bands called 90° and 6-String Era. Together with her father and a few other youth leaders, they have founded in 2021 a youth-lead environmental organization called Kabatan-onan Alang Sa Kinaiyahan (KASKi). The name could be translated in English as Youth for The Environment. The group has been active ever since its inception, being able to gather at most 400+ volunteers in one of its activities.
In terms of work and life in general, Nicole is not afraid to try out something new and loves the idea of exploring unfamiliar horizons and thinking out of the box. She believes that life needs to be explored while maintaining a balance with work, family, having fun, and making the most out of life.

Gopal Dangar

Gopal Dangar is a Chartered accountant with over 6 years of experience working in Finance and Accounting. He is passionate about solving complex problems and improving processes. With natural curiosity towards business and investment world, he brings in diverse experience of both startup and MNC worlds.
He loves reading nonfiction books on business and stock market. He also finds stoicism very interesting and always willing to have discussions about various philosophies.

Laura Henkel
Lending Advisor
Laura began her career in the financial services industry straight out of college and found that she had a knack for lending. Her keen eye for detail and passion for people have served her well in her career, and she’s always up for a challenge and working on the most complex of loans that are thrown at her.
Laura grew up in the Pacific Northwest where she spent her youth camping and playing competitive softball. She attended Colorado State University - Pueblo, where she was starting pitcher for the school’s softball team and graduated with a degree in Mass Communications.
In her free time, Laura is very active with her husband and 2 kids. Their weekends are often filled with many hours spent at their daughter’s softball tournaments and son’s football and baseball games. On their “off” weekends they love to spend the days together snowboarding at many of Colorado’s epic ski resorts.

Jed Cabrega

Jed Cabrega brings a wealth of expertise and precision to Kirkland Capital Group as a Senior Fund Accountant. A graduate of Far Eastern University in the Philippines with a BS in Accountancy (2014), Jed earned his Certified Public Accountant designation that same year, launching a dynamic career in the funds industry. With over a decade of experience, he has honed his skills in fund accounting, financial reporting, audit collaboration, distributions, and journal management—working across open-ended investment schemes and closed-ended funds, including REITs, bond funds, and equity funds.
Before joining Kirkland, Jed built a reputation as a collaborative leader and skilled trainer, known for his approachable demeanor and ability to simplify complex financial processes. His analytical mindset and commitment to excellence make him a vital part of our team, ensuring rigorous stewardship of our investors’ interests.
Outside the office, Jed enjoys cooking a variety of dishes for his family, staying active through boxing, and unwinding by playing musical instruments.

Saiyani Mukombe
Managing Counsel
Saiyani T. Mukombe is Managing Counsel at Kirkland Capital Group, where he leads the legal strategy behind the company’s loan servicing and default management efforts. He works closely with internal teams and outside counsel to manage litigation risk, improve servicing operations, and keep things moving efficiently and compliantly across a national mortgage portfolio.
Before joining KCG, Saiyani built a well-rounded legal career across private practice and in-house roles, handling everything from foreclosure defense to personal injury litigation. He’s known for bringing a calm, strategic approach to complex issues — and for being the kind of legal partner who actually makes things easier, not harder.
Saiyani is a licensed attorney with experience in both courtroom advocacy and regulatory guidance. He values clarity, collaboration, and building systems that support long-term growth.

Katrina Altamia
TechOps & Automation Manager
Katrina is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in database management, CRM systems, and user support. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from Capiz State University, bringing both discipline and attention to detail into her work.
She has five years of experience as a Research Analyst in financial research, followed by five years as a Database Administrator for an international M&A firm, where she managed databases, maintained CRMs, trained users, and created documentation to support global operations.
Outside of work, Katrina enjoys baking, photography, and caring for her Shih Tzu and Labrador. She also finds relaxation and creativity in karaoke and coloring.
