With only an online loan scenario submission on our site, we will issue a scenario proposal quote (or tell you no-go) in one business day.
With the Full Application (including the Personal Financial Statement & SREO), and the Property & Loan Workbook (T-12, Rent Roll, Pro-Forma) we can move to issuing a Term Sheet.
